We are an in-network provider with UnitedHealthcare and can verify your benefits before your first visit.

Your copay, coinsurance, and deductible will determine your out-of-pocket cost.

✔  Out-of-Network for All Other Insurance Providers

We provide courtesy billing for reimbursement through your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Payment is due at time of service and reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance provider.

Reimbursement varies by plan–contact your provider for details.

✔  HSA & FSA Accepted

We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for acupuncture treatments.

A Note on Medicare

Medicare does not recognize licensed acupuncturists as Medicare providers. Because of this, treatment provided at Balance Acupuncture cannot be billed to or reimbursed by Medicare.
